Cancellation of orders

The customer has the right to cancel any order he has made at and receive a refund of his money or a voucher for the same value of the item returned.

If the order has already been processed and sent, the amount of your purchase will be refunded, except for transportation expenses, the customer must return the original packaging, without unpacking and in perfect condition, the shipping costs of the order. return will be borne by the customer.

Return or exchange of a product

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product in the original conditions (packaging, boxes, etc., in perfect condition) within 14 days after the date of purchase, and as long as the product is kept in perfect condition and with the original packaging. We will proceed to the total refund of the purchase amount through a voucher, with a maximum validity of three months or replacement of the article by a similar one. The shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.

To request a return of an item, perform the following steps:

1-Access the order history, from your account.

2-Select the order related to the return.

3-Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to the name.

4-Add an explanation to know the reason for the return.

Once you have completed the form, click on "Make RMA Return Voucher" and your request will be sent.

Please understand that:

The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise you to use a shipping system in the return that guarantees the integrity of the products.

The cost of return is your responsibility.

The interval of time that usually passes until the return becomes effective is about 7 to 14 days, after that date will be sent a voucher for the total cost of the item.

Wrong or defective product

If you have received a wrong or defective product, contact us indicating the order number, product details and the reason for return. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to proceed with the return. The costs of return in case of error or defect in the product are borne by Airsoftwars & Paintballwars.

For changes, returns, etc., the invoice is available in your account, in PDF format prepared for printing.

* OBSERVATIONS: All items are supervised before shipment, especially items that require assembly for use.

Take special care in the products that require to be assembled so as not to force the pieces and that the product arrives in perfect condition in the return. Please note that if we detect that you have forced the assembly or there is a defect caused by a bad treatment of the product we could refuse the return.

No return will be accepted that has not been communicated and accepted.
